Our Process
1. Consultation / Discovery & Onboarding / Design Proposal & Deposit
We begin by understanding your lifestyle, needs, and desired home atmosphere. In an initial meeting, we define your vision, budget, and timelines. If aligned, we provide a detailed styling proposal with project scope, brief, and fees. Once accepted and deposit paid, we schedule your project and coordinate with trusted trades as needed.
2. Concept Development -
Curate / Design Documentation & Presentation
Using a design questionnaire, inspiration boards, and conversation, we uncover your unique style. You’ll complete a fun “homework” with a questionnaire and Pinterest board. We take measurements and map the schedule, so you know what’s happening and when. Then, we refine furniture, colours, artwork, and accessories to reflect your personality and ensure flow and cohesion throughout your home.
3. Collaborate
If architects, builders, or trades are involved, we work seamlessly alongside them to align styling decisions with the overall design. Consistency is key, and we ensure your vision remains at the centre.
6. Project Install & Reveal
This is where the transformation takes shape. We place every piece with care, layering in texture, colour, and detail to create a home that feels both functional and beautiful.
The most rewarding step—welcoming you into your newly styled space. We walk you through every detail, ensuring it feels perfectly aligned with you, your lifestyle, and the way you want to live.
4. Visualise
We will provide you with a curated selection of options for your consideration. Once you have approved your choices, we will proceed with placing orders for all agreed-upon furniture, artwork, and décor.
5. Procurement & Tracking
We manage the procurement of all agreed furniture, artwork, and décor. We coordinate the suppliers, track deliveries, and oversee everything to ensure a seamless arrival and timely installation, typically completed within 1-2 days.
Procurement is so much more than simply clicking ‘order’ and waiting for pieces to arrive. It’s building trusted relationships with suppliers, tracking production schedules, coordinating white-glove delivery, resolving damages, storing items safely, and ensuring everything arrives in perfect condition—at the right time.
Design is creative. Procurement is logistical. Both are essential, but they’re very different skill sets—and both take time, care, and expertise.
